Privacy infrastructure

Zuvo is operated by ALMOHSIN DEV LTD. For account and billing data we act as Data Controller. For application data stored in your isolated project stacks we act as Data Processor on your instructions.

We collect email addresses, organization names, authentication metadata and billing contact details required to provision projects, send verification messages and invoice usage.

Data you store in Postgres, object storage, auth users and edge functions belongs to you. It resides on dedicated tenant infrastructure and is not commingled with other customers' databases.

We retain platform logs, usage meters and operational telemetry needed to run, secure and bill the service. Log retention periods follow your organization's plan and project settings.

Tenant stacks are network-isolated. Pooler connections use TLS. Access to Studio and the customer portal is authenticated. We monitor for abuse and unauthorized access attempts.

Projects are provisioned in EU or Singapore regions on infrastructure we operate. We use subprocessors only where required for email delivery, payments or infrastructure operations.

Account data is retained while your organization is active. Project deletion workflows remove tenant volumes according to platform policy. Request export or deletion via ops@zuvodev.com.
