Zuvo is operated by ALMOHSIN DEV LTD, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17328500), 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA. Your primary contract for the Zuvo platform is with ALMOHSIN DEV LTD. Payments from customers in Pakistan may be processed locally by AlMohsin Dev, Dak Khas 197GB, Tehsil Samundri, District Faisalabad, Pakistan — that Pakistan trading name acts only as a local payment rail and does not replace the UK company as platform operator.

Zuvo provides managed Postgres backends with authentication, object storage, realtime, edge functions and optional app hosting. Features, limits and regions depend on your organization plan.

You are responsible for activity under your organization and projects. You must keep credentials secure and ensure your use complies with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Usage beyond included plan limits is metered and billed according to your dashboard. Failure to pay may result in suspension of provisioning, hosting or API access after notice where practicable.

Unlawful content, malware, unauthorized access attempts and resource abuse are prohibited. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Billing & Refund policy for detail.

ALMOHSIN DEV LTD may modify, suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, other customers or when terms are violated. We may refuse service at our discretion.

The Zuvo name, branding, Studio software and platform infrastructure are property of the operator. You retain ownership of your application data and code.

The service is provided as available. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by customer misconfiguration or downtime outside our stated maintenance windows.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory local consumer protections apply. Disputes should first be raised via our Complaint Handling process.
